Abstract:
This article encourages instructors to redesign the classroom. Finding the balance between service to students and to one’s own work has become increasingly difficult for professors. A recent overhaul of the BFA program in the Graphic Design Department at The Rhode Island School of Design has created an opportunity for faculty to bring in their own areas of interest into the classroom.
